If you want to “live and travel”,
let’s stay in a “kyomachiya” guest house with a garden in a quiet residential area.
The house has been fully renovated with plenty of cypress and cedar, with the style of 100 years ago intact, with the aroma of wood.
The facilities have been replaced with the latest ones.
There are several bus stops nearby, all within a 30 second to 2 minute walk, and most of the major tourist attractions are within a 15 to 30 minutes bus ride.
In the neighborhood, there are many facilities necessary for a “live and travel”, such as good restaurants and cafes, 7-Eleven, supermarkets, and public baths that still retain their Japanese-style appearance.
The guest-only area is completely separate from the host’s living area.
Reservations are limited to one group per day.
